Any reported complaint wil be resolved and responded back to the requestor within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS or sooner.

requesting additional information from the uploader or the reporting party;
temporarily restricting access to the content while the investigation is ongoing.
A decision is made based on the findings of the investigation.
3. Possible Outcomes
Depending on the nature and severity of the complaint, outcomes may include one or more of the following:
no action taken, if no violation is found;
removal or modification of the content;
temporary or permanent restriction or suspension of the relevant account;
reporting the matter to competent authorities where legally required.
4. Appeals Process
If a user disagrees with a decision, they may submit an appeal within a specified timeframe. Appeals are reviewed by a different or senior reviewer to ensure an independent and fair assessment.
